LYDC x Anna Smith*

If you saw my LYDC wishlist post a while ago, you’ll know that I’m now a brand ambassador for LYDC London! They really kindly let me pick something from their Anna Smith range to send to me* and I raved about this Shine Bright Like A Diamond backpack in my wishlist so it wasn’t a difficult choice which one I wanted.

I love the 3D diamond pokect on the front, it makes it much more exciting than just being a detail and it’s the perfect size for a couple of lipsticks and a tampon – all the important things in life.

The amount of detail that LYDC put in is amazing, I love this little AS logo and how the gold matches the clasp! It also matches the studs on the bottom which are there to protect the base of the bag.

This is genuinely one of the most secure bags I own – it has the clasp, plus a magnetic strip on the inside and a pull-toggle to hold it shut so there’s no chance of it coming open randomly or some git nicking your stuff without you realising.

The bag also has this really cool Anna Smith lock and key print on the inside, as well as two open pockets and one zip pocket inside (plus a zip pocket on the outside of the back).

As for size, it’s huge – big enough to fit a couple of A4 notebooks in, or a large laptop and smaller stuff like pencil case and whatnot. It’s also got plenty of pockets to separate out your things which I always appreciate – gotta have easy access to tampons if needs be!

The material is all really high quality, if not a little stiff at the moment – like a good quality pair of shoes needs breaking in, the material of the bag will soften over time which will make it a bit more flexible.
