So Divine are a brand that pride themselves on being for everyone – so much so that their range of sex toys is being sold in shops including ASDA, Tesco, Boots and Superdrug as well as their online shop. But do they live up to the divine tag?
About the So Divine brand
A revolution is coming. So Divine have realised that no longer are people buying sex toys in secret, or being discreet in achieving their own pleasure. More and more are people being open with each other about their sex lives, and the brand are embracing that. They want everyone to have the freedom to enjoy affordable, high quality toys.
One of their newest releases is the Remote Control vibrating Love Egg. What I love most about this toy is its versatility. The egg can be used either with the included remote control or by a button on the base of the egg itself. This also means you can use it externally as well as internally.
Opening this up, it definitely felt like a luxury product to me. So much thought has gone into the packaging which is obvious from the outset. The egg is rechargable but it includes batteries for the remote – unexpected but welcomed as most toys come without batteries included. It also comes with its own storage bag included.
Waterproof, with three speed settings and 7 vibration patterns, the remote control works up to 5 meters away. One of the things I love about this egg is that the vibration patterns are actually quite different to a lot of toys. I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed or if it’s just me but a lot of toys always seem to have the exact same patterns. Something new is refreshing. As someone who hasn’t always been able to
Coming in at £54.99 I wouldn’t say the Love Egg the most affordable of sex toys. However, that’s quite a good price for a remote control vibrating egg based on average prices of similar toys on the market right now. If you’re looking for a luxury item as a treat for yourself or a partner, the So Divine Egg makes a great option.
I’ve never been particularly enamoured by bullet vibrators. I’ve always found the ones I’ve tried to be a bit weak and generally a waste of money. Not this one.
First of all I’ve got to shout out the name Whole Lotta Love; Led Zeppelin are one of my favourite bands. As for the bullet itself, it’s worth every penny of its £10.99 cost and more. The vibration levels are intense but good, the patterns are different and varied, and honestly it’s just a nifty little toy. Sleek, sensual and a new toy-drawer staple. This is also a waterproof toy that came with batteries included. I’m so impressed!
The one thing I do have to say about this is the instructions are slightly misleading. It said to press the button to turn on and again to go through each of the functions, then press again to turn off. What you actually have to do is press and hold to turn off, which took me a short while to figure out, but was obvious once I had! I’d 100% recommend this little So Divine bullet to anyone, beginner or not, who’s looking to add something new to their collection.
I was a little apprehensive of this at first as flavoured lubes can be a bit hit and miss. I’m not going to lie, I don’t think this tastes much like prosecco. It kind of tastes how I imagine a sweet bubble bath would taste, if you could eat it. Kind of in the way parma violets taste like flowers? It’s quite a pleasant taste, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t think that flavour is very prosecco-y.
That being said, as a lube it feels really nice and silky, and the formula is vegan too.
Thank you so much to So Divine for gifting me these items from their range! They can be found in stores now and online at so-divine.com.
