Yes, those are Avenged Sevenfold lyrics. Why, I hear you screaming? Well, the fab people at Vanilla Underground got in touch with me to see if I’d like one of their new acid wash band t-shirts to review* and because I am a huge slut for band tshirts, I said yes.
This marks probably the 20th band tshirt in my wardrobe I think? I should really count them some time. However to date I don’t own an Avenged Sevenfold shirt which is confusing as I love them to pieces, but it was a really hard decision between A7X or Guns N Roses, or Slipknot, or all of them really…
Also disclaimer: it was a boring Saturday when I took these photos and I couldn’t really be bothered to stand up so here you will see me in my natural habitat: lying on my bed looking dramatic and posey.
This t-shirt is made of a really soft acid-wash grey material and the women’s version of the shirt is slightly fitted at the waist. I don’t like tight tops so I went for a Large (I normally wear a women’s 12-14) so if you wanted it fitted I’d say go for the medium.
One detail I love about the t-shirt is that the sleeves are rolled up and sewed in place which is great – I always roll up my shirt sleeves and they NEVER BLOODY STAY ROLLED UP. But these ones do. Four for you Vanilla Underground.
I also threw on a basic black bodycon skirt from Primark, simply because I didn’t think I could get away with doing on OOTD post with pyjama bottoms on and if I left the house I’d wear a skirt.
